Role Overview

You'll be responsible for managing and growing our clients' social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). This is a hands-on creative role where you'll develop content calendars, craft engaging posts, analyze performance metrics, and implement data-driven growth strategies.

• Create and schedule 15-20 posts per week across multiple platforms
• Design visual content using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and foster community growth
• Track KPIs including follower growth, engagement rate, and click-through rates
• Stay current on algorithm changes, trending formats, and platform updates

What Makes You a Great Fit

We want someone who genuinely understands what makes content perform. You should have an intuitive sense for trending topics, a knack for writing scroll-stopping captions, and the analytical mindset to optimize based on real data.

• Active personal or professional social media presence demonstrating your skills
• Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or equivalent)
• Strong copywriting instincts — you know the difference between a good caption and a great one
• Basic graphic design and video editing capabilities
• Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines consistently
